  1. What is the best bulb wattage for a table lamp in the study?

  1. What is the best light colour for studying?

A light source perfect for studying is ideally a cooler colour temperature, around 4000K or higher. This type of light is suitable as it enhances concentration and productivity. A lower colour temperature, 3000K or below, is better suited for relaxing and mood setting.

  1. Does studying under a table lamp make any difference for a student?

Absolutely!
